我已经报名了，今年9月就到都灵理工学习，打算报汽车工程。最近看论坛上很多关于中介的说法，现在总觉得很悬乎.前两天问秘书部他给的回复是

到底是什么意思？是说这个计划已经取消了么？还是说只取消了这个计划的奖学金呢？还有就是不知道什么原因都理的网站打不开。

希望了解情况的学长学姐们能帮帮忙，谢谢。
