Job title: Procurement Specialist Where: Milano We are looking for a talented team member to join Huawei Italy CBG Procurement department and take ownership of the end-to-end procurement process for the Marketing category of products and services: • Manage the purchasing of products and services of Marketing categories for Huawei Italy CBG • Manage E2E procurement process, including but not limited to: supplier scouting; new supplier qualification; supplier negotiation; bidding management; purchase order issuing • Report final negotiation results to local and regional management • Manage Procurement Contracts with business and legal support • Manage Supplier Relations trough periodic performance review, issue/escalation resolution, partnership strengthening • Manage Supplier Portfolio, defining purchasing strategy by category • Carry our Spending Data Analysis and Market deep diving, to look for best practices and efficiencies What we expect from you: • Basic knowledge of procurement process is preferred • Strong Project management skills and result oriented mindset • Very good communication skills both with external partners and internal stakeholders • Advanced knowledge of Excel and Power point • Capability to build up different economic “business scenarios”, to support decision making • Very good time management, proactivity , teamwork • Fluent in Italian, Chinese and English Please send your detailed resume/CV in English via E-Mail to [email protected] indicating the position you apply for.
