Job content: 1.Daily management of E-commerce related issues and escalation cases ,coordinate internal resource ,give solution to close customer requirement 2.Monitor and analysis return status , coordinate internal resource , optimize customer return journey , reduce return rate Monitoring and Reporting of E-commerce issues and escalation cases 3.Identify and design new End-User management processes Identify main E-commerce escalation process efficiency improvement areas 4.Co-operate with Online Service partner E-commerce Specialist and staff 5.Ensure quality analysis output and clear action plan delivery. 6.Ensure best CEX in E-commerce issue management journey Requirements: 1.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in Chinese, English and Italian 2.Proficiency in MS Office 3.Extremely passionate and positive attitude 4.Active listening and willingness to accomplish results 5.Show determination to succeed 6.Analytical skills 7.Organization skills (time management, prioritization, working with tight deadlines) 8.Previous experience on other E-commerce related activities and projects [in Customer Operation department preferred] Please send your CV in English to [email protected] and indicate the position you apply for.
