Retail Assistant (Internship) Main responsibilities: 1.Work with retail GTM manager to manage launch and promotion process, align with field force team on the task lists and deadlines. 2.Manage retail budget from application to acceptance, align with agency on the business requirement and finance requirements 3.Manage retail warehouse to improve efficiency and optimize related process and cost Skill & experience: 1.Language: fluent Italian 2.Office excel reports and analysis, office PowerPoints 3.Has experience on project management, knows how to coordinate multiple tasks with the team and manage progress 4.Has passion on observation the progress of the business and enjoy to find ways to improve 5.Eager to grow personal skills with the team together Delivery Specialist Main responsibilities: The figure will be responsible for end to end project delivery fulfillment, coordinating with all parties and guarantee on time deliveries. 1.Planning: Monitor the sales and inventory status of the channels, coordinate with GTM, sales, and communicate closely with customer in order to develop the most reasonable demand forecast. Identify the potential risks and provide solutions. 2.Order fulfillment: Base on customer demands and supply resources, manage order priority and uncertainty during fulfillment, prepare stock and organize implementation plan and monitor execution status. 3.Logistics: Monitor and coordinate with logistics department, guarantee on-time delivery and revenue triggering.
