Huawei Terminal pre-sales Engineer

Position：Huawei terminal pre-sales engineer

Director：Pre-sales manager in each country

Location：Rome (Italy)

Summary：

This position is responsible for managing technical part of projects and supporting all technical sites in the successful launch of mobile products to EU’s operators.

Day to day responsibilities:

)1 Project management: Help to schedule the test plan and take in charge of all technical issues during the test cycle. Additionally, this person will help product manager to perform project coordination and tracking of deliverables from project kick-off to technical approved by operators.

2) Requirements collection and communication: correctly gather and transfer the requirements between customers and headquarter (all kinds of the software and hardware collecting, confirming, transmitting and clarifying).

3) Terminal testing: setting down the testing plan, execute terminal testing cases and report the test result.

4) Bug tracing: Trace and report the bugs to R&D center. Clarify the solution with R&D engineers and customers.

5) Customer relationship: Establish and keep good relationship and cooperation with technical engineer of customers.

6) Other working on technical sites.

Requirements:

1) It is better to have experience in telecommunication field or terminal product testing more than 1 years.

2) It is better familiar with GSM, UMTS specification, at least proficient in one communication protocols.

3) It is better good at high-skilled in testing tools, for example QXDM and QPST, and very skilful to analyze the log to fix the issue and give some constructive solutions.

4) Teamwork: Ability of good communication and coordination.

5) Language skills: Chinese and fluent English and each language of the country.

6) Should have a strong sense of responsibility and take the serious and meticulous attitude during working.

7) International and domestic travel up to 15% required.
