【职位介绍】
华为意大利终端项目经理，负责运营商产品上市前的准入和项目管理工作，如产品的软件&硬件定制澄清，跟踪监控和管理产品在运营商的准入测试状态和进度，并以获得客户的上市许可作为最终的目标。
【能力要求】
1、技术要求
Ø 理工科背景，计算机或相关理工科专业毕业，本科以及以上学历。
Ø 了解网络工作原理，了解常见网络通信协议（如TCP/IP，GSM, UMTS等）
Ø 有相似从业背景和经验者优先考虑。
Ø 有路由器，TCP/IP，VOIP等知识背景者优先考虑。
2、其他要求
Ø 强烈的责任心，认真负责的工作态度，有较强的压力承受能力和执行力。
Ø 具备良好的沟通和团队合作能力，良好的逻辑思维能力。
Ø 英语流利，意大利语流利者优先考虑。
Ø 如面试通过，可尽快到岗工作。
【工作职责】
1、 项目管理
负责运营商产品上市前的准入和项目管理工作，如产品的软件&硬件定制澄清，跟踪监控和管理产品在运营商的准入测试状态和进度，并以获得客户的上市许可作为最终的目标，能够正常协调内部和外部项目相关事务。
2、 产品上市前的准入和测试
在产品准入过程遇到的问题，能够协助总部研发并使用必要的工具进行定位，保证问题解决。
3、 客户关系管理
与客户技术部门建立和保持良好客户关系，能够在产品准入过程中对关键Block技术问题进行规避，加快上市进度，尽量减少对产品上市计划的影响。
【ProjectManagement】
Ø As the first responsibility of project acceptance afterkickoff meeting, Schedule the acceptance plan with both R&D and customerand be responsible for all technical related affairs.
Ø Rational use the R&D resource and customer relationshipto achieve the project success (Technical approval).
Ø Project risks warning and management until the risksclose.
【Technicalrequirement】
Ø Be familiar with Handset, Mobile device or Homedevice(Router, CPE).
Ø Clarify and manage the technical requirement betweenCustomer and R&D, such as Hardware, Software, Certification and so on.
Ø Trace and report bugs with R&D. Assist R&D inTrouble shooting and Proposal Clarification with Customer. And executeessential test case.
【Customerrelationship management】
Ø Establish and keep very good relationship with customer’stechnical, engineering and other related department.
【Expectations】
Ø Efficient, quick response, active and optimistic.
Ø Good communication and collaboration skills internally andexternally. Understanding the cultural differences.
Ø Fluent English. Italian speaker in high priority.
Ø The working experience in operator or competitor will bepreferable.
Ø Be familiar with GSM, UMTS, TCP/IP specification, at leastproficient in one communication protocols.
Ø Have strong sense of responsibility and take serious andmeticulous attitude during work.
Ø Could suffer heavy working pressure up to projectrequirement.
