We are looking for a young and passionate socila media and customer support intern to join our team in Rome. Mandarin Chinese being your mothertongue, with excellent English and good Italian language, you will support our team in handling customer inquiries through online platforms, operating social and community management according to our guidelines and requirements. This role involves coordinating with your colleagues and supervisors and monitoring interactions on social media channels like WeChat and Little Red Book.
