ABOUT THE ROLE: We are currently seeking for a Supply Chain Specialist! The ideal candidate is a dynamic person eager to build a professional career in the world of SCM, willing to join our Delivery dept. to make the magic happen: bringing our amazing products on the market! The Supply Chain Management team plays a focal role in the planning and lifecycle of our products, acting as a bridge between internal and external stakeholders in order to guarantee that the delivery of the products is always smooth and aligned with the related deadlines. In this scenario you will support the Supply Chain Manager mainly in activities such as: Data analysis: reporting and highlighting of the critical points SCM System operations: including data input on a daily basis Orders management: interfacing with clients for purchase orders Inventory monitoring: for dedicated clients, working closely with sales team to maintain a sustainable inventory Delivery follow-up: coordinate with stakeholders to meet the delivery deadline. Budget control: cost tracking and spending analysis to guarantee expected budget coverage Quality control: from activities registration, evidence collection to final validation Basic routine as preparing and sending pricelist, etc. WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU: This is a great chance to join a fast growing player in the Smartphone business. The ideal candidate for this position has the following skills and background: Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree From 1 to 3 years of experience in one of the following field: Delivery, Logistics, SCM, Customs, Data Analysis Advanced proficiency in Excel (will be tested during the interviews!)
