    OPPO Italia is hiring! We are looking for a GTM Product Manager who will create and own the go-to-market plans for product enhancements, new products and new market segments. The GTM PM will support product positioning in the market, while driving sales enablement and assist marketing strategies to drive growth and retention. Key Responsibilities: • Develop, manage and execute the GTM launch plan for new products, new product enhancements and new market segments to ensure cross-functional internal alignment and readiness. • Work with broad cross-functional internal teams to ensure GTM tracking of dependent stakeholder readiness plans including, reporting key milestones status, risks and contingency planning and issue escalation as necessary. • Lead and facilitate meetings with key stakeholder groups including Product Management, Brand Marketing, Retail marketing, Delivery planner, Client Services, Sales to gain internal alignment on GTM program development and ensure executional delivery. • Lead internal communication flow, serve as a liaison and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure launch readiness. • Work with planner on the rolling forecast to ensure the availability plan for the next 3 months’ needs. • Responsible for the sellout quantity and P/L of the product series. The ideal candidate should: • Take a data-driven approach to strategic GTM planning and execution, encouraging evidence-based improvements to strategies and processes. • Apply creative problem solving and proactively propose new approaches to better meet both customer and internal stakeholder needs. • Be a team player who brings a sense of positive energy and the ability to influence, inspire and motivate cross-functional partners across the organization. • Work independently with minimum supervision and in a collaborative team environment. • Possess an analytical mindset which applies product insights and market data & feedback to create sophisticated sales strategies and marketing propositions. • Exhibit confident and professional presentation skills; excellent written, oral and interpersonal skills. • Demonstrate the ability to coordinate and encourage collaboration across functional teams including product management, marketing, sales, client services and editorial. • Chinese language knowing is a plus. • Professional level user for Power point and Excel • Knowing of Italian SMP industry’s channel structure.
