Position: E-commerce Operations Specialist The E-commerce Operations Specialist is responsible for implementing the merchandising strategy by applying analytics and product storytelling. The ideal candidate must be very analytical and have an understanding of digital product representation, consumer shopping habits and onsite tactics that lead sales and conversion. This role will work closely with various teams in support of E-commerce business objectives. Responsibilities: • Manage and review merchandise presentation on site to ensure the categorization, imagery, product knowledge and pricing are accurate and meet brand guidelines. • Manage and review the digital campaign calendar to ensure the merchandising story is consistent from email to site – including reviewing copy, imagery and test sends to ensure accuracy and align to brand guidelines. • Prepare weekly and daily merchandising reports. • Consistent, daily maintenance of the online store across both the Company and Shift sites and tactically execute on predefined merchandising strategies. • Maintain assortment plans to track all product related activities. • Track inventory, communicating delays and shortages to mitigate business impact. • Prepare and analyze reports on product performance and make recommendations on reorders • Partner closely with the digital marketing teams to offer best products and collections to focus campaigns on. • Visit competitor websites and strategic product manager meetings to stay current with initiatives, trends, and opportunities. Requirements: • 1+ year experience in ecommerce • Fluency in Italian, English and Chinese. • Experience in working with Microsoft Excel • Experience with Google Analytics is a plus Competencies: • Must be flexible and have the ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment • Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as accept direction on given assignment • Strong teamwork and cross-functional skills Please send your CV in English to [email protected] .
