We are looking for Logistics Specialist to join our team in Milan’s office, job responsibilities and requirements as follows: - Understanding the logistics business processes and taking in charge of the specific activities concerning country customs clearance, planning, transportation carrying out the local deliveries to customers efficiently according to their requirements - Monitoring internal KPIs to achieve the expected results and maximize the performances in alignment with company targets - Promptly alerting customers warehouses on outliers from delivery notice standard timing and on eventual anomalies for possible damaged/missing items along the entire inbound flow to let them advised in advance in order to check the goods and provide final feedback on real status - Accurate checking on customs clearance docs and invoices used to ensure the correct matching of info reported on single operations - Adopting TMS logistics system/LSP websites to strictly track and trace step by step in transit shipments and proceed with payment to LSPs for proper services provided - Close, proactive and effective communication/cooperation with single LSPs, within team and customers will be needed to fulfill the referred tasks accordingly. Skills requirements - Bachelor degree achieved (Economics/Management Engineering preferably) - Previous logistics experience (1 year) in Import business highly appreciated - LSPs and KPIs dynamics, rules and concepts clear knowledge - Proficient on MS office tools (Word, Excel and Power point) utilization - Accuracy, speed and analytical being able on managing timing, setting priorities and meeting tight deadlines - Proficiency in Italian/English/Chinese Please send your CV to [email protected].
