POSITION: PROJECT DELIVERY SPECIALIST The figure will be responsible for end to end project delivery fulfillment, coordinating with all parties and guarantee on time deliveries. Responsibilities • Planning: Monitor the sales and inventory status of the channels, coordinate with GTM, sales, and communicate closely with customer in order to develop the most reasonable demand forecast. Identify the potential risks and provide solutions. • Order fulfillment: Base on customer demands and supply resources, manage order priority and uncertainty during fulfillment, prepare stock and organize implementation plan and monitor execution status. • Logistics: Monitor and coordinate with logistics department, guarantee on-time delivery and revenue triggering. Requirements • Proactive and result-oriented mindset • Be able to work under pressure, good communication skill, multi-tasking • Excellent knowledge of excel and data analysis skill • Language: Italian/English/Chinese // POSITION: AFTER SERVICE KPI & OPERATIONS SPECIALIST We are looking for a new member of our After-sales Service team who will be dedicated to monitor the operations and logistics processes of our offline service centers and to analyze the related KPIs, providing a clear picture of the service performances and working with a continuous improvement approach. Your Tasks and Responsibilities as a KPI & Operations Specialist • KPI Management: you will work on monitoring all the after-sales service KPI, working on performance analysis & internal/external sharing, incentive & penalties calculation and sharing with Service Partners. • Service intelligence: you will work on weekly sharing of insights report, analyzing KPIs trend, collecting issues on the field and monitoring of competitors new initiatives and services • You will coordinate internal operations related to our performance KPIs (pending repairs, bounce repair…) • You will work on maintaining and updating offline IT systems (CCP, HW-Care, BI…), also coordinating with other company functions to solve IT issues and implement new requirements • Logistics operations: you will monitor logistic KPI & performances daily, escalate logistic issues resolution from service network, coordinate the logistics payments and manage relationships with Logistics Partners • You will coordinate internal audits for the Offline service operations Requirements: • General requirements: - Outstanding analytic skills and logic thinking - Good project management and coordination skills - Deep investigation attitude on assigned topics - Highly organized, proactive and target oriented - Outstanding communication and cooperation skills; - Electric device, Smartphone/PC interactive service management background preference; - Experience in service, after-sales is a background preference; • Languages required - Italian, English, Chinese fluent in writing and speaking// POSITION: CHANNEL FINANCE INTERN Responsibilities • Assist in and handle channel temporary incentive settlement, manage end to end settlement, reconciliation, data modification, end month account closure, etc.; • Identify the abnormality in settlement business, highlight potential risks, and push to the resolution of the issues; • Interface with internal and external finance staff, coordinate the fulfillment of daily transaction. Requirements • Finance/Accounting/Economics or related majors; • Fluent in English and Italian, Chinese is a plus; • Excellent knowledge of Excel; • Good logical reasoning and communication skills.
