Job Title: Sales Operation Specialist Responsible for Business process operation: • Working as a Marketing Management Meeting Secretory, understand how the marketing investment & activity planning, make sure the key control point during the business process in compliant; • Official communication to customer of activity plan. Responsible for Smart Device BU and one key Operator • Support users of company ERP system, identifying technical issues relating system usage. Responsible for Channel Data Management： • Through specific IT tools to monitoring & controlling whole channel sales data quality. • Based on the raw data from all channel customers, able to output deep analyzed sales report. Requirements: • Master degree from a business school or an engineering school or university • Good at Office package, especially Excel; • Fluent in English, Italian, Chinese • Having sales administration or other related experience would be a plus //Position: Channel Finance Specialist Responsibilities • Assist in and handle channel temporary incentive settlement, manage end to end settlement, reconciliation, data modification, end month account closure, etc.; • Identify the abnormality in settlement business, highlight potential risks, and push to the resolution of the issues; • Interface with internal and external finance staff, coordinate the fulfillment of daily transaction. Requirements • Finance/Accounting/Economics or related majors; • Fluent in English and Italian, Chinese is a plus; • Excellent knowledge of Excel; • Good logical reasoning and communication skills.
