The problem is that I requests payment for the deposit month and a security deposit i and I intend to use Escrow

Now I will explain you how it work:

1. I will send our transaction details at escrow

2. Escrow will check the details of our transactio

3. After they check the details, Escrow will contact you and send you the invoice together with all payment instructio

4. Meanwhile you have 24 hours to confirm the payment to Escrow.

5. You must deposit the money in a bank account of Escrow.

6. After you confirm the payment, in 1-2 days I will be in Italy and contact you.

7. Escrow keeps your money until you see the apartment.

8. If you don't like the apartment and don't want to rent it, you will receive all your money back immediately from Escrow.

9. If you communicate to Escrow you want to rent the apartment, they will release the money to me.

NOTE: The money stay at Escrow in a safe bank account until you see the flat and sign the contract. If you don't like the flat after you see it, Escrow refund you all your money.

Ionthly to my bank account on a scheduled date (at your convenience)

见房后交一个月租金作为定金是有的，不过最好是直接钱和合同钥匙当面搞定。 (2014-03-05 01:07)

stellaxyx:应该不正常啊。我在subito上租过好几次房子了。都是打电话问，然后约时间看房，然后决定，然后押金合同。。。 (2014-03-04 21:16)

一开始我也觉得之后第二个也这样我就。。。。

应该不正常啊。我在subito上租过好几次房子了。都是打电话问，然后约时间看房，然后决定，然后押金合同。。。
