职责描述

业务规划:制定年度销售、发货、收入、利润和人力规划，制定体系内八大部门KPI目标，制定年度重点工作及确定 KPI支撑重点项目。

经营管理:监控各部门、项目KPI阶段性目标达成，人力资源满足度和人力结构；分析交付与服务整体经营状况，推动重大经营问题解决；为交付与服务总监提供分析数据，支撑重大事件决策。

重大项目监控: 例行召开项目分析会分析重大服务销售和交付项目中存在的问题，落实解决方案和责任人，确保项目顺利实施。

组织流程优化: 根据各部门的职责，协调解决运作中的流程问题，优化业务运作流程和组织结构。
