JD - 工作职责 Job responsibilities 1. 现场维护与升级： On-site Maintenance and Upgrades: 1) 对软件发生的异常进行处理，恢复系统运行； Handle the abnormalities that occur in the software and restore the operation of the system. 2) 对现场硬件发生的进行处理，恢复系统运行； Process on-site hardware and restore system operation; 3) 配合甲方相关部门技术人员对软件进行更新以修复错误； Cooperate with the technical personnel of relevant departments of Party A to update the software to fix errors; 4) 收集汇总现场问题，反馈给甲方，跟进、追踪与解决问题； Collect and summarize on-site problems, feedback to Party A, follow up, track and solve problems; 2. 预防性维护：依据<服务内容标准>进行现场设备维护； Preventive maintenance: <服务内容标准>on-site equipment maintenance according to the basis; 3. 故障维修：现场修复故障机器人和充电桩； Fault repair: on-site repair of faulty robots and charging piles; 4. 培训：维保培训：为客户现场人员提供软硬件基本使用和维护的培训； Docusign Envelope ID: EBAD7D5C-7D82-4488-B097-E993892FDE36 22 Training: Maintenance training: provide training on the basic use and maintenance of software and hardware for customer on-site personnel; 5. 备件管理：根据甲方要求对项目现场备件库进行收货、发货、盘点工作，并按照盘点计划月度盘点； Spare parts management: According to Party A's requirements, the project site spare parts warehouse is received, shipped and inventory, and monthly inventory is carried out according to the inventory plan; 6. 运维日报：按照要求完成与提交全部报表； O&M Daily: Complete and submit all reports as required; 7. 运维周报：按照要求完成与提交全部报表； Weekly O&M report: Complete and submit all reports as required; 8. 遵守管理制度，配合完成甲方相关人员安排的工作任务； Comply with the management system and cooperate with the completion of work tasks arranged by relevant personnel of Party A; Plus （加分项） Local residents with legal working rights in Italy. 招募本地居民 Own transportation (ability to commute to Villanterio independently). 自备交通工具 有兴趣的可以放简历到 [email protected]
