【Job Responsibilities】 1)Local Infrastructure Management (Servers, Network Switches, NAS, Firewalls), monitoring and tuning 2)Monitoring the network in terms of accesses, traffic, performance, security 3)Active Directory/Office 365 Management 4)Local IT Security Management (Anti-Virus and Security Patches) 5)Local & Remote Disaster Recovery Administration 6)Local IT Policies Management 7)Providing 1st and 2nd Level HelpDesk Support 8)Troubleshoot user issues which includes O*S Win*dows 7/10, Remote Access, computer hardware, printers, barcode device support, mobile devices (Android smartphone/tablet) and VOIP Desk-phones, meeting room equipment  9)Coordinate incident resolution and escalate when required, including vendors for business applications 10)Asset Management & Lifecycle Management 11)Maintain the site inventory containing all IT assets in place, and ensure asset management solution is up to date 12)Purchasing of IT Services, Accessories and peripherals. Purchasing and coordinating computer replacements 13)Liaison with vendors, including providers for maintenance of business applications, Audio Visual, UPS and printers 14)Liaison with vendors on delivering solution to fulfil the business requirements 【Job Requirements】 1)Hands on experience with laptops, workstations, peripherals, and mobile devices (Android, iOS) 2)Win*dows 7/10, Active Directory, Office 365 suite, Client VPN (DirectAccess, FortiClient) 3)Wind*ows Servers (OS Win 2008/2016/2019/Linux), Cisco switches, Wi-Fi, firewalls (Fortigate) 4)Data centre/server room management, and infrastructure troubleshooting 5)VMWare virtualization infrastructure knowledge 6)Knowledge of backup solutions (Veeam) 7)Basic knowledge of networking: TCP/IP, routing, switching, and firewalling 8)5 years of relevant experience in similar position will be preferred 9)Requires a high school technical degree 10)Superior problem solving skills are required 11)Attitude to a self learning approach is required 12)Capability to deal with novel technologies 13)Fluent English is preferred 【Contact】[email protected] 【Company Website】www.fiber-resources.com
