 Responsibilities: 1. Country budget and forecast management, control annual budget and monthly forecasting process and continuously improve the accuracy of regional budget and forecast. 2. General analysis on country financial data, be able to use different internal systems to obtain business and financial data and provide financial analysis to line manager and director. 3. Financial report management, monitor the key finance indicators of the country, support and control the improvement on financial indicators, if needed. 4. Performance and KPIs management, well understand kinds of management requirements and performance assessment policy issued from headquarter. 5. Reconciliation with local accounting firm by reviewing Income Statement, Balance Sheets and Trial Balances, performing account reconciliations, analyzing trends and completing fluctuation analysis, comparing Italy local GAAP and local books and analyzing differences, follow-up on unusual items, reviewing significant or unusual accounting entries with accounting person from the firm and ensure corrections and correctly recorded in the finance statement; 6. Ensure timely support from local accounting firm for the external audit of the Financial Statements by acting as focal point for communications with the external auditors, ensuring information required by the auditors is provided on time by the local accounting firm, participating in review meetings, answering audit comments, etc. 7. Monitoring local tax firm to do timely tax return and tax report for corporate tax and VAT tax, consulting local tax firm to ensure business execution complying external regulations and requirement. 8. Operational Knowledge on AP / AR / Fixed Assets / Inventory.  Skill Set/Experience University graduation diploma, with background in Accounting/Economics/Business Management or related fields. • Strong in accounting and analytical skills. • New Graduate is acceptable, over 2 years work experience in a similar role is preferred • working knowledge of Italy local GAAP & IFRS is preferred. • Knowledge of Italy tax is preferred • Advanced English/Italian language knowledge, Chinese language knowledge is an advantage • good communication skills with clarity in thought process. • ability to work in pressure during tighter deadlines etc. • positive attitude with zeal to learn new things.
