Resource will also coordinate stakeholders involved in product development from the beginning to the launching of product. Accountabilities - propose new products basing on general direction, valuation of feasibility about customers' demand of new products - Compilation of Project Plan and budget - identifying of right consultant and suppliers, management of these subjects - supervision of ongoing project, confronting with customer of right direction of project - Coordinate with Quality Assurance and logistic department about products' production - Work in team, provide necessary support to other departments Requirements Experience - Experience of working in a pressured environment, at least 1 year experience as project/product manager - 2 years of experience in+C47 cosmetics or pharmaceutical area Education Bachelor degree in scientific area or high school diploma with valuable experience Skill Excellent interpersonal skills Excellent organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills A flexible approach and the ability to work effectively with others Language English/Italian Knowledge of Chinese is preferred Compensation RAL 25000 - 32000 based on experience lunch ticket
