According to regulation and group policies, maintain and strengthen internal controls • 包括应收帐款，应付帐款，总帐，成本会计，库存会计，固定资产和收入确认。根据法规和集团监管政策，维护和加强内部控制。 • Responsible for Balance Sheet and General Ledger Reconciliations for related entities including bank reconciliations and customer accounts • 资产负债表和总账核对，包括银行对账和客户账户的核对。 • Prepare and publish the timely monthly financial statements on a semester basis • 定期结账并编制财务报表。 • prepare all tax documentation as required and comply with local and state government reporting requirements and tax filings. Follow changes in financial regulations and legislation. • 根据国家和地方政府的财务报告和税务申报要求,准备相关所有税务文件。掌握财税相关法律法规的最新变化。 • monitor the good execution of goods receipts, payment processes, non-stock purchasing, expense reimbursement etc. • 对货物采购、收货、支付、非库存采购、费用报销等流程进行监督和完善。 • assist the operating team to prepare the quarterly or yearly the budget and settlements and make the analysis of financial situation • 协助执行团队编制季度年度预算以及决算，并分析财务现状。 2.Keep good Communication with Italian part and Chinese part in Italian factory. 在意大利工厂中保持意方与中方的良好沟通。 3.Finish tasks assigned by Superior Company ( Shanghai Tofflon or its subsidiary) 根据与上级公司（上海东富龙或其下属分支机构）的要求，完成相关任务； Key Experiences and any Qualifications职位主要经验和技能要求： 1.Educational background in accounting or finance (min. Bachelor)。 有财务或会计相关的教育背景(本科及以上)。 2.Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the area of Accounting and Taxation 至少有3年的会计和税务的工作经验。 3.Experience in relevant industrial manufacturing business is a plus 有制造业经验的优先考虑。 4. Good spoken & written English, good translation skills.
