Xiaomi is the youngest Fortune 500 company in the world and now entering Europe. We are looking for a passionate talent to join our booming business in Italy as the FP&A finance! Being a key member of the finance team, you will report directly to the Finance manager. Responsibilities: • Perform monthly financial analysis, including Key Account P&L review; • Keep track on operation results and review it with business team to understand the reason of fluctuation; • Perform monthly cash flow and P&L rolling forecast; • Work with relevant teams to perform contract/payment/budget control; • Summarize opportunity points for business improvement and liaise with business team for further implementation; • Participate in the business transformation process and provide value-added comments to facilitate the transformation; • Complete other tasks assigned from time to time. Requirements: • Bachelor degree (or above) in finance, accounting or similar majors; • At least 3 years working experiences in finance or accounting, FP&A experience is preferred; • Accounting knowledge of Italian Gaap and of IFRS; • Good analytical and communication skills; • Good English and Italian speaking and writing; Chinese is a plus; • Entrepreneurial mindset, hardworking and willing to work under pressure; • Knowledge on SAP or similar ERP systems is preferred; • Based in Milan and willing to travel upon request.
