Software Technical support Engineer （Milano and Rome） Main Responsibilities: 1. As TSE, support to solve the system issue and guarantee the network safety. 2. Monitor the system status and KPI to guarantee system running smoothly. 3. Solution development for the network change and improvement. Requirements: 1. Excellent documentation, organization and communication skills. 2. Experience with related telecom software product knowledge (VAS/AAA/SDP) and can deal with system issue. 3. Have knowledge for database (Oracle/Mysql), OS (Linux) and network, principles of communications. 4. English can be the working language, Italian and mandarin listening/speaking/reading/writing are fluency. 5. Self-motivated learner; strong desire to learn on the job 6.
