    Business Manager(Chinese Enterprise Sales) 业务经理(中资企业销售)

    Roles and responsibilities

    ·        The ability to achieve individualsales target and over achieve financial and non-financial key businessobjectives set by the company.

    ·        Preparation, Qualification, maintenanceand ownership of all new business plans for assigned accounts.

    ·        Accurate weekly forecasting foropportunities by pipeline and revenue figures on assigned accounts.

    ·        Grow and protect the revenue fromexisting accounts.

    ·        To understand and keep regularlyupdated on current product and service offerings and contribute to thedevelopment / integration of these products to our customers.

    ·        To carry out effective internalbusiness relations at appropriate levels to facilitate the achievement offinancial and non-financial goals for the company.

    ·        Able to bring in customerrelationships to the company for quick wins.

    ·        To timely accomplish other tasksassigned by supervisor with guaranteed quality

    职责:

    ·        能够实现个人销售目标并且超额完成由公司制定的财务以及非财务的主要业务目标。

    ·        能够为公司分配的不同客户进行准备,筹划,持续跟进工作,并熟知所有为指定客户而制定的新的业务计划。

    ·        能够通过渠道,每周对公司分配的客户的业务收入指标进行准确的预测。

    ·        能够保障并增加已有的客户业务收入。

    ·        对最新的产品以及服务产品一直保持最实时的认知,并致力于服务客户,向客户阐释新产品的理念。

    ·        有能力改善内部业务关系至相应的水品,以促进公司财务以及非财务目标的实现。

    ·        能够创建客户关系来实现公司的速赢。

    ·        能够及时高效的完成主管交予的任务。

       Backgroundand experience

    ·        Proven history with a minimum of 3/5years in new business sales skills i.e. cold calling, prospecting, qualifying a real opportunity, negotiation,communication, listening, business/commercial acumen & presentation skillsare necessary.

    ·        Ideally individual should haveexperience across a range of market sectors which could include Banking and Finance, Retail, Hi Tech, Manufacturing, Professional Services, etc.

    ·        Minimum 3 years proven trackrecord working within the Carrier/Telecom arena in new business relatedsales role.

    ·        Accustomed to selling andnegotiating up to board level in ”corporate” companies within FTSE 2000 Multinational companies or within key sectormarkets as mentioned above.

    ·        Sold managed data services &/or outsourcing&/or data communication (.i.e. ATM or Frame Relay or Leasedlines or SMDS or IP) services, managed hosting services).

    专业背景以及经验

    ·        拥有至少35年的New  Business销售经验并且熟悉基本的销售技能(比如cold calling),能够准确预测并识别真正的业务机会,具备协调能力,善于同人交流,懂得倾听客户需求。必须具备优秀的商业触觉以及良好的展示能力。

    ·        最好能够具有在如下行业中跨行业的工作经验:银行,金融,零售,高科技,制造,专业服务等。

    ·        New Business环境下的运营商或者电信行业拥有至少3年以上的销售经验。

    ·        具备能够同FTSE 2000家跨国公司集团董事级别进行销售以及沟通的能力。或者能够在之前提过的关键市场行业里,能够熟练的进行销售以及沟通。

    ·        能够对所管理的数据服务,外包服务,数据通信(比如 ATM,或者Frame Relay, Leased lines, SMDS, IP)进行销售,能够做到hosting services
