  #10146; Return journey flight booking informatio

  #10146; Hotel booking informatio

  #10146; Schedule of stay (sample on web site)

  #10146; Recent letter from employer or academic institution in Italy

  #10146; Recent bank statement

  #10146; Certification of tax payment (CUD) in Italy
