Role Overview: We are looking for a motivated Sales Channel Analyst for an internship or 1-year fixed-term contract, with the possibility to become a full-time employee. This position is ideal for students nearing the completion of their degree or recent graduates who are eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced international environment. You will support financial analysis, sales reporting, and accounts receivable management, including tracking sales and expenses and following up on customer payments. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fastpaced international environment and learn how finance supports business operations. Core Responsibilities: 1. Sales Channel Finance: • Assist with weekly sales and expense data processing. • Support sales forecasting and budget tracking. • Conduct basic analysis to help the team make informed financial decisions. 2. Business and Finance Support: • Support daily sales system operations and data entry. • Assist in tracking customer payments and resolving routine billing issues, and processing customer rebate claims. • Provide ad-hoc support to the Sales and Finance teams as needed. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Excel, familiarity with Power BI is a plus. • Excellent communication and coordination skills; ability to work cross-functionally with global teams. • Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines. • Proficiency in Chinese, Italian and English is mandatory.
